AH-NGJ逆功率繼電器主要用于并聯(lián)運行發(fā)電機組的保護，是船舶電站中重要的保護元件之一；本系列產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定可靠，技術(shù)性能滿足CCS規(guī)范的有關(guān)要求，是設(shè)計、制造、使用部門理想的選擇。AH-NGJ Reverse power relay is mainly used for the protection of generator set in parallel operation. It is one of the important protection elements in ship power station. 技術(shù)參數(shù)Technical parameters 

在電網(wǎng)電壓變化為額定電壓的±10％范圍內(nèi)，頻率變化為額定頻率的±5％范圍內(nèi)裝置能正常工作。The devices can work normally within the range of ± 10% of the rated voltage and ± 5% of the rated frequency.

當并聯(lián)運行機組的逆功率值達額定的3～15%（連續(xù)可調(diào)）延時3～10秒（連續(xù)可調(diào)）逆功率繼電器動作。When the reverse power value of the parallel operating unit reaches the rated 3～15% (continuously adjustable) delay time of the reverse power relay is 3～10 seconds (continuously adjustable).

額定頻率Rated frequency:45-65HZ;

環(huán)境條件： 環(huán)境溫度為0～55℃相對濕度為95%； 有船舶運行中的沖擊，振動、油霧、鹽霧。Environmental conditions: ambient temperature of 0 ~ 55℃ relative humidity of 95%; There are ship running shock, vibration, oil fog, salt fog.

使用說明書Directions for use 

儀器正確連接后，接通電源到額定電壓，工作指示燈亮。After the instrument is connected correctly, connect the power supply to the rated voltage, and the working indicator light is on.

將鈕子開關(guān)打到“試驗”位置，“越限”指示燈亮，經(jīng)數(shù)秒延時后“動作”指示燈亮，但繼電器不會動作，說明裝置內(nèi)部邏輯功能正常。其延時時間即為為逆功率繼電器延時，其值可通過“延時時間”調(diào)節(jié)電位器進行調(diào)整，順時針為增大方向。然后，將鈕子開關(guān)打到“運行”位置。Press the button switch to the "test" position, and the "out-of-limit" indicator light is on. After a few seconds of delay, the "action" indicator light is on, but the relay will not move, indicating that the internal logic function of the device is normal. The delay time of the reverse power relay is the delay time of the reverse power relay. Its value can be adjusted by adjusting the potentiometer through the "delay time", and clockwise is the increasing direction. Then, set the button switch to the "run" position.

注意：二次試驗的時間間隔應(yīng)大于30秒。否則，第二次試驗的“延時時問”會偏短。Note: The time interval of the second test should be greater than 30 seconds. Otherwise, the "delay time question" of the second trial will be too short.

-P調(diào)逆功功率3%～15%（連續(xù)可調(diào)），S調(diào)延時時間3～10S（連續(xù)可調(diào)）。-P adjusts inverse power 3%～15% (continuously adjustable), and S adjusts delay time 3～10s (continuously adjustable).

機組并聯(lián)運行時，電壓保持額定，讓某臺機組逆功，達一定值時逆功率“越限”指示燈亮，經(jīng)延時后“動作”指示燈亮，繼電器動作將主開關(guān)跳閘，逆功機組介列，動作功率可以通過“動作功率”調(diào)節(jié)電位器進行調(diào)節(jié)，順時針為增大方向。Unit parallel operation, keep the rated voltage, an inverse work units, up to a certain value when the reverse power indicator "the limit", "action" after delay indicator, relay action will be the main switch trip, inverse power unit dielectric column, action power can be adjusted through the "power" to adjust potentiometer, clockwise to increase the direction.

如在逆功時繼電器不動作，則可能有一相電流互感器的極性接反，應(yīng)將接到接線端子的3, 4（或5、6)號線對調(diào)，對調(diào)后如在正功率時繼電器動作，應(yīng)再將電壓接線端子的1.2號線對調(diào)即可。如在單機運行，正功率時，繼電器就動作，則應(yīng)把電壓接線端子1、2號線對調(diào)。If the relay does not operate during the reverse power, the polarity of a current transformer may be reversed, so the No. 3, 4 (or 5, 6) line connected to the terminal should be switched. After the switch, if the relay is in operation during the positive power, the No. 1.2 line of the voltage terminal should be switched. If running in a single machine, positive power, the relay will operate, the voltage terminal 1, 2 line should be switched.

額定電壓：AC100V-380V-440V，50／60HZ, A、C 二相功耗＜2VA。Rated voltage: AC100V-380V-440V, 50/60Hz, A, C two-phase power consumption < 2VA.

額定電流5A,  A、C 二相、功耗＜1VA。Rated current 5A, A, C two phase, power consumption < 1VA。

 注Note 

接線時要注意電流互感器的同名端，連接要可靠鎖緊。When wiring, pay attention to the same name end of the current transformer, and the connection should be reliably locked.

如需方要求供貨方整定動作功率和延時時間，可在訂貨時注明，如不提要求則按動作電流400mA（額定電流的8%)cos Ψ = 0.8延時時間為5秒進行整定出廠。If the buyer requires the supplier to set the operating power and delay time, it can be indicated at the time of ordering. If not, the operating current is 400mA (8% of the rated current) COS Ψ = 0.8, and the delay time is 5 seconds.
